Ron Tuma - lead guitar / vocals
| Ron’s played since the 70’s – classic rock, top 40 dance, & ethnic. His versatility brings variety to Escalade. He’s played with Matrix, Blue Knight, & Crystal Tower. |
John Reese - rhythm guitar / vocals
| John loves to perform before enthuiastic crowds. He brings 30+ years of lead & backing vocals and rhythm guitar covering everthing from the 50's to the present style music. |
Ann West - bass guitar / vocals
| Anne's powerful bass goes deeper than merely part of our rhythm section. Her classical guitar training has brought her up to another level. She's been part of Valkyrie, Flyght, & Project Mojo - in which she penned two songs from their recent CD. |
James Jackson - drums
| James has achieved many accomplishments thru the years working the semi-pro circuit, touring in the tri-state area and opening for major artist! He has also played in the local scene and recently played with The No Limit Band and now brings his love for music to Escalade...Providing the heartbeat to our rhythm section, James Knows and loves many people thru his journey in the music world, He wants you all to remember his favorite qote: Be Strong & Rock On !!! |
Kirk Morgenstern - Keyboards / Vocals
| Kirk is the keyboard player for Escalade providing a variety of instrument sounds as the band covers your favorite tunes. Working together with the rest of the band, Kirk’s sound gives body and variety to the different song styles that are part of Escalades set-lists. He sings lead vocals on a couple of tunes and harmonies on others; no broken light bulbs yet, but a couple of close calls. Kirk also plays bass, guitar and harmonica. Recent projects include Flashback and Turn and Cough. Every once in a while he fills in as a bass player with his friends in The Band Ohio. His musical interests are varied from classic rock, hard rock, blues, swing and jazz…even a little country. His equipment choices have focused on Roland Fantom keyboards including the new Roland Ax Synth keytar and Motion Sound amplifiers. |
Mike " The Express" Frate - sax / vocals

Mike's diversified music background spans over 4 decades. He performed as a member of The Omega Band, The Jerry McDuff Review, and Solid Gold in the 80's, and spent the 90's as The Odyssy Band keyboard/sax player. Recently he was part of The Blue Collar Band and Crazy Chester prior to joining Escalade. Mike was also chosen to perform as technical support for/and did primary sound consultations for many world class artists such as: Elvis Presley, Rolling Stones, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Insync, Maynard Ferguson, Michael Jackson, Frank Yankovic, Disney World, Argent, Showgirls of Magic, Rudy Valie, The Commodores, Ted Nugent, Eric Carmen, Crosby,Stills,Nash and Young, Bill Doggett, Universal Studios, Taste of Honey, Cleveland Orchestra, Mickey Finn Show, Robin Trower, Busch Gardens, Sheryl Crow, Robert Jr. Lockwood. Mike has made his marks across the nation playing every kind of Music in many venues around the country and has played with the best !!! |

Escalade's influences include Chicago, The Beatles, Doobie Brothers, Wham, Bad Company, Ides of March, Circus, Patti Smith, ZZ Top, The Platters, Elvis, Gretchen Wilson, The Four Tops and many more !!!
